Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced **Architectural Technician** to join our collaborative in-house design team.
**About the Role**
You’ll play a key role in delivering detailed, high-quality documentation for major government and commercial construction projects. Working closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of some of WA’s most prominent projects.
**Core Scopes of Work**
We specialise in delivering technical and design documentation for:
- External Façade Systems
- Glulam Timber Structures
- Prefabricated Commercial Construction Systems
- High Specification Interior Finishes
- External Timber Structures
**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce quality façade documentation and detailed shop drawings
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Maintain document control and model coordination throughout projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure buildable, efficient solutions
**About You**
We’re looking for a technically skilled, detail-oriented team player who is passionate about construction and ready to grow.
**You’ll ideally bring**:
- Formal qualifications in Drafting, Architecture, or Detailing
- 3-5 years of drafting/design experience, including 2+ years with Revit
- Previous experience on commercial or government projects (Tier 1/2 preferred)
- Strong construction knowledge - especially façades and finishes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: $76,515.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
