We are a growing local provider in the disability services sector, and we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic team members Both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply. However in this case we require a Female Support Worker for a client.

About the Role

We offer supports to our clients, allowing for morning, afternoon and evening shift availabilities.

Personal care, assisted daily living skills, support in home and in the local community are just a few of the services we provide to our clients.

Some of our clients have complex care needs, and services are provided to support achievement and encourage further independence.

About You

A minimum of six (6) months experience working in the disability, aged care, nursing or similar field.

Exceptional listening, reading and communication skills with the ability to recognise and interpret non-verbal cues.

A passion for working with people who have a disability is of the utmost importance.

The ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with clients and their support network.

A positive and flexible attitude and a willingness to learn.

The ability to keep accurate records.

Mandatory Checks:

- NDIS Worker Check
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance Check
- First Aid Certificate

Covid 19 Vaccination
- Driver's Licence (P1 or above)
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance & Reliable Motor Vehicle
- Two (2) Professional Referees

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $32.08 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
