**About the role**

**A typical day in the role may look like **
- Designing and mapping current and future state business processes and translating them into design documents
- Working knowledge of common services such as Active Director, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, SQL & Exchange
- Scripting, workflow and configuration skills across various platforms and enterprise systems
- Experience using database tools and scripting
- Experience with report writing, analytics and associated tools
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a medium/large organisation in an Application/systems support role providing design, configuration and workflow solutions
- Experience using service desk software management tools
- Vendor Management & engagement
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
