**In this role, you'll**:
be working as a Master Scheduler responsible for the provision of scheduling across multiple project managers on one or more strategic programs.

This position is a temporary opportunity until 30 Jun 2025 circulating between CBD, Parramatta and Macquarie Park offices with Hybrid (1 or 2 days at office) and flexible work arrangements.

**About you**
- Master Scheduler experience supporting at least 10 plus Project Managers delivering large and complex portfolio of projects.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong reporting skills specifically to present at governance forums.
- Ability to present data at all levels and in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to multi task.
- Strong command of Softwares - Plan View and Project Professional.

**Desirable**:
Savy in Excel with Macros and VB.
