**The Opportunity**
With an impressive global footprint and one of the leading pool manufacturers in the world, this client of ours has an exciting opporutnity for an Human Resources Business Partner to join their close knit team and really make this role their own

Despite the global presence, even the most senior executives are very involved in the business, continuing the family feel right from the roots. Not to mention the organisation is heavily involved in local initiatives and giving back to the community.

**About the Role**
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following;
- Enhance staff performance and development through learning and development programs.
- End to end management of the employee life cycle; including recruitment, onbaording and exit interviews
- Coach leaders through managing performance management and reviews
- Assist with global HR initiatives
- Provide support to the gloabl HRIS implementation
- Review and management of policies and procedures
- Oversee OH&S activities
- Provide support and guidance on general HR queries
- Provide support to key Human Resource projects and initiatives including the coordination of attendees and participants and liaising with external vendors for events and programs.
- Coordination of travel arrangements for the Managing Director
- Coordination of company culture inititives such as company christmas party, gifts to customers etc
- Experience in an HR Coordinator/Adviser role that has a team player attitude and openness to assist in EA duties.
- A positive 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to adapt personal style.
