**Role Summary**:
The Pricing and Portfolio Analyst role is an opportunity in our Pricing and Financial Performance Team based at our Perth Forrest Centre site.

The Pricing and Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for insights and analytics to manage and optimise the Customer Business Unit (CBU) portfolio performance. The role will develop a deep understanding of the market trends and internal key drivers to support the development of appropriate strategies and initiatives; maintain cost components for pricing decisions; identify and communicate performance and pricing risks; and supporting operational and strategic decision making within contestable sales.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Support development and maintain complex portfolio risk models including portfolio shape and cost analysis.
- Deliver portfolio performance insights from the analysis of market drivers, risks, and other business drivers (including the portfolio value at any given time) to support commercial decision making.
- Maintain the forecast portfolio liability and CBU exposure.
- Support Sales with opportunity evaluation and offer constructs, aligning to strategic objectives including profitability and risk mitigation.
- Provide pricing expertise support to strategic projects as agreed with the lead.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Highly developed analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with modelling and data management tools.
- Knowledge and experience advising on commercial matters.
