The primary role of the Retail Manager is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist. In addition, you are also responsible for:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with customer service queries
- Coordinating staff recruitment
- Coordinating staff training and development activities
- Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
- Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
- Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
- Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture

- Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise
