**About the Role**
Be the primary point of contact for customers enquiring about the NDIS and behaviour intervention supports, support coordination and disability employment services. This is a permanent, full time or part time position and the location is flexible. Work from home, or from a local office. You will be joining a high performing team focused on continued growth and positive outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential clients, families, carers and other service providers to understand their needs and provide information on services and pathway options
- Establish and maintain relationships with all enquirers, clients, families, support coordinators and other members of a client’s care team
- Work collaboratively with the relevant client services team to deliver a seamless and professional service
- Ensure documentation is stored and information recorded in the appropriate system/s within the KPI timeframes
- Provide regular reports and other analysis as required
- Complete reporting requirements to the NDIA regarding client goal outcomes and success indicators as required

**Skills & Experience**
- An understanding of person-centred thinking, the principles of the NDIS and the National Disability Service Standards
- Demonstrated experience working in a customer service driven environment, delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Demonstrated experience using various systems including the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Excellent customer engagement skills
- Good verbal and written along with digital communication skills
