**About the Role**:
As a driven and authentic **Venue Leader**, you'll run the show at Windsor - leading your team, creating amazing customer experiences, and owning the performance of the venue.

**Key responsibilities**:
Lead by example to deliver exceptional service and team culture

Manage KPIs including labour, COGs, stocktake, and P&L

Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing team members

Ensure venue compliance, cleanliness, and operational excellence

Drive team motivation through support, feedback, and challenges

**What You’ll Bring**:
Proven leadership in hospitality, QSR, or retail

Strong financial and operational skills across rostering, labour management, stock control and KPIs

A hands-on, can-do attitude and a love for leading from the front
