We are currently looking a **Contracts Specialist **who has experience on Technology and Automation projects in Natural Resources or Infrastructure. We are looking for someone with a great technical skill set but equally strong client management, also someone who doesn't mind a challenge of working across complex Natural Resource projects. This role will initial start as a 3 month contract with the look to extend long term.

We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.

In a **Contracts Specialist role**, you will have knowledge in:

- Experience of Technology or Automated projects within Natural Resources or Infrastructure projects.
- Strong contract knowledge from initial set up to managing variations and claims.
- Contract formation, contract administration, contract negotiations and claims support.
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
- Manage quotes, purchase orders, the tender process delivery and tender analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, cost management, engineering or project management.
- Commercial Management experience preferably gained within the construction environment or Natural Resources.
- Experience working on Technology and Automation projects within the Natrual Resource or infrastructure sectors.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients
