**The Role**:

- An international Retail Client are looking for an Insights and Marketing Analyst on a permanent basis to conduct insights gathering and presenting as well as run their crm marketing campaigns

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with IT team to enhance their BI capabilities - Dual role with both insights gathering and presenting and working with Unica marketing tool to create marketing campaigns
- Plan and design business dashboards and reporting tools used for generating actionable insights using Power BI
- Contribute to the development of the CRM marketing strategy used to maximize customer profitability, lifetime value, loyalty, and return on media investment
- Guide CRM campaign team on CRM specific strategy, operating efficiencies, and best practices.

**About You**:

- 3+ Years in Insights & Reporting
- 3+ Experience with Power BI and Unica Marketing tool
- Proven experience with customer marketing + segmentation campaigns
