L SERVICES PTY LTD trading as MCM Projects a leading Canberra based construction company providing vast range of painting services to residential, commercial and industrial properties is looking for an experienced, qualified with Certificate III in Painting and Decoration, highly skilled Painter and Decorator with more than 2 years of experience as Painter and Decorator. Should be able to work in Residential and Commercial properties. Your main job will be paint, varnish, wallpaper, maintain and decorate surfaces of buildings and structures. Position is Full Time with Gross Salary $70,000 plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Erect scaffolding and ladders and place drop sheets to protect adjacent areas from paint splattering
- Prepare surfaces, fix woodwork, fill holes and cracks, smooth and seal surfaces
- Select and prepare paints to required colors by mixing portions of pigment, oil and thinning and drying additives
- Paint, varnish, wallpaper and other finishes to protect, maintain and decorate surfaces
- Hanging wall paper, matching patterns and trimming edges
- Cleaning equipment and work areas
- Should be able to maintain and work to OH&S standards as warranted in ACT.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
