Are you ready to get your hands dirty and join the Red Blanc team for the harvest season? We're on the hunt for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to assist with our annual grape harvest. As a Seasonal Harvest Assistant, you'll be responsible for helping with the manual harvesting of grapes, as well as assisting with other vineyard tasks as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the manual harvesting of grapes during the peak harvest season
- Help with other vineyard tasks, such as pruning, sorting, and packing grapes
- Work closely with the vineyard team to ensure efficient and effective harvest operations
- Participate in regular vineyard inspections to ensure the health and productivity of our vines
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as cellar work and wine production

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for wine, viticulture, and the harvest season

**Duration**:

- The harvest season typically runs from February to April, with the possibility of extension depending on weather conditions.
- We're looking for individuals who can commit to working for at least 4-6 weeks during this period.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
