**Plumbing Apprentices Wanted**

Addison Appliances are looking for both _**young and mature aged plumbing apprentices**_ to help with our growing business. We offer mentoring, opportunities for growth & promotion and a great workplace culture. If you are keen to develop your plumbing skillset whilst working in a fun & dynamic team then this is the job for you
- Performance bonuses are also given to high performing apprentices._

**In this role you will**:

- Provide outstanding customer service to ongoing and new customers
- Provide advice and information on our services and the types of work we undertake
- Liaise with Addison Appliances teams to learn how to conduct appliance installations, gas line upgrades and general plumbing operations
- Learn the stages involved in appliance installations and upgrades
- Process customer service correspondence within regulatory guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Want to complete a plumbing apprenticeship in its entirety
- Are reliable, have strong communication skills and present confidently
- Effective communication skills to respond to customer enquiries and prepare correspondence
- Are motivated to work in a team and contribute to team goals
- Have a desire to learn and constantly improve on their plumbing, communication and professional skills.
