Due to the nature of work, we do and the clients we want to attract we are now hiring for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to be based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

**About the role**

As the Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and impact through the delivery of engaging content and experiences.
- Creating collateral including communications to promote new issues, white papers, pitch decks, presentations, flyers, fact sheets, webinars.
- Regular communications and reporting including the IAM Bi-weekly newsletter, Bond Adviser Weekly + Bond Adviser Monthly, and monthly reporting to specific clients to ensure accurate and timely information is provided.
- Content management - working with key stakeholders in the business to create engaging content and thought leadership pieces and deliver the strategy.
- Proactively supporting PR and media opportunities for company announcements and thought leadership.
- Efficiently organising logistics for events including booking venues, creating invitations, catering

**About you**

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, this is a national role for an energetic marketer and communicator. You will bring a can-do attitude, who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Proven experience within communications, brand, and marketing
- Previous financial services experience would be highly advantageous
- Proven ability to work with key internal and external stakeholders (sales, compliance, senior management, agency partners)
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Experience with WordPress, and Pardot is highly desirable
- A team player, and equally comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
