_Just Maintenance Services is seeking an experienced Ceiling Fixer and Plasterer to carry out project works in the Mechanical Services Industry. _
- Includes, but is not limited to: repairs or replacement of suspended ceilings, grid type or solid ceilings. The ability to set all new work is essential. Work is classified into two categories, service and quoted works. Service work involves scheduling and completing maintenance requests per day across a variety of clients and locations. Quoted works are larger jobs that involve tasks such as installing access panels, ceiling tile installs and patching damaged ceilings ready for painting. _
- As indicated the position of Ceiling Fixer and Plasterer is a sub-contractor role._
- The successful applicant will need to provide, their own Vehicle, Tools of trade, a Construction Industry General Induction card. The applicant will provide blue trousers, blue socks & safety boots or equivalent. _

- The nature of the role may involve working with clients who require service personnel to maintain a suitability for working with children and/or clear AFP criminal history check. As such the applicant must meet eligibility criteria for a Queensland Blue Card for working with children and be able to pass an AFP clearance._

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Commercial Plasterer: 10 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
