**About the role** - **Permanent, full time based in Adelaide or Melbourne**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Accurate and timely Home Loan verifications including but not limited to:

- Employment and income checks
- Title Searches
- Valuations
- Loan Document ordering, posting, and collating back to Member Fulfilment
- Full loan reviews ensuring all risks have been identified and addressed
- Collate and action documentation required for settlement to be achieved
- Providing regular updates to mortgage brokers within agreed service level agreements.
- Membership handovers
- Demonstrate compliance with policies and procedures to effectively operate within People First Bank's risk appetite

**About you**

As a strong communicator, you strive to deliver seamless and superior customer service. You have a keen eye for detail and can demonstrate accuracy through your written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you will bring prior lending experience or extensive knowledge of the home loan process. In turn, you will be rewarded with broad exposure to the lending environment with various pathways up or into other areas of the organisation and will be supported by an experienced leaders championing you to be the best version of yourself.
