You will be responsible for performing timely and accurate preparation and testing of samples and recording and communicating the results, working within a team. You will also be involved in continuous improvement activities to improve food safety and quality standards, increase productivity and reduce waste.

You will have:

- a Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques
- previous experience working in a laboratory, preferably in a food/dairy manufacturing environment
- knowledge of HACCP based food safety plans

You will need a proactive and positive attitude, be able to build collaborative relationships with your colleagues and external stakeholders. You will take pride and have commitment in delivering high quality work within a deadline conscious environment.
