**Flying Bark is on the lookout for a seasoned CG Animation Producer to join our expanding team in managing a flagship Animated series for a prominent streaming service.**

**You’ll be based in Sydney in charge of both our LA and Sydney teams, managing the project with 2 line producers from pre production to delivery. We’re looking for a Supervising Producer who understands and is able to relate to and manage creatives as well as the client, who can problem solve, think ahead and look after the big picture. You’ll be looking after a very large team of over 200 artists, so you’ll be able to stay level headed and drive the budget whilst keeping the team happy.**

**To be considered you'll have the following skills and experience**:

- 8+ years of producing CG animation to a high standard
- Confident with CG Pipeline processes, able to understand and problem solve along with our technical team
- Confident with the full pre-production process
- Extremely confident managing the senior creative team and the client
- Be calm and understanding in stressful situations, able to workshop issues and diffuse stress when things don’t go as planned
- Be a presence in the room, able to lead a large team of leads and management with confidence that is grounded in knowledge and experience
- Able to make decisions that best serve the budget, the creative vision and the team
- Able to understand or request reporting that gives a clear picture of how the project is tracking at the top level
- A high level of production financial literacy, able to foresee issues in budgets and able to keep them on track
- A willingness to travel as needed
