We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be a part of our growing team.

**The role**:The role is an integral part of our business. The role will need to be confident managing the demands of a wide range of tasks in a very busy environment.

Reporting and providing administrative support to the team, you will learn about the business from the ground up and be exposed to the fundamentals of the finance and ordering department.

Duties within department will include, but not restricted to,

Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, ordering and entering data and maintaining reports and spreadsheets.

You will need to possess Microsoft Excel skills, excellent communication with the ability to juggle multiple tasks within a friendly and warm working environment.

**Duties -**
- Support the business in all functions of the AP role
- Follow up on approval of supplier invoices
- Data entry of all orders and invoices
- Manage status of orders
- Liaise with Suppliers
- Assist the Accounts receivable team where required - Debtor payments, credit notes and customer queries.
- Daily ordering of stock with overseas suppliers
- Communicate effectively across the business
- Other duties as requested

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in AP/AR & Administration
- Proficiency in Excel
- Be Flexible Multi-Tasker.
- Excellent Communication Skills / Customer Service skill
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong literacy & communication skills
- Accuracy and high attention to detail in fast paced environments
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines with accuracy and work within tight deadlines
- Confidence in decision making & foreseeing unexpected hurdles
- Task focused and methodical with excellent time management skills
- Enthusiastic and highly energetic. We want someone that will 'HAVE A GO".
- Xero experience desirable

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
