**About The Role**
Our client is a female living with complex epilepsy and various intellectual disabilities. Support workers will need to have experience communicating effectively, managing epilepsy, and engaging clients in community access.

**About You**
Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach. We’d like a team of support workers to build a social rapport with our clients, ensuring their needs are met emotionally as well as physically.

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Medication Administration Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- Driver’s License & Car
