We are an expanding fresh food retail business with 30 stores across NSW and QLD. For over 40 years we’ve remained 100% family owned and operated, this means we are agile, innovative and implement ideas rapidly. We are also home to almost 3,000 wonderful Harris Farmers, all with a common purpose, to reconnect Aussies with the joy of food.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Mapping and adding new products to the website
- Sourcing and uploading relevant imagery for products
- Sourcing product information and nutritional information for products
- Merchandising of collections within Shopify
- Manage review and update online products to ensure the correct categorisation, imagery and copy are correct
- Update of product locations within the online Dark Store
- Taking images where necessary
- Reporting on key metrics. Website traffic and usage, best sellers, product stock positions and fulfilment rates and reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Managing the pipeline of new products going live on the website
- Working closely with the buying and marketing teams on promotional activity
- Working with suppliers and the operations team on product
- Delivery zone set up and maintenance
- Delivery window set up and maintenance
- Managing own production line forecasting
- Puts the customer first in every decision

**Skills & Experience**
- Can demonstrate that they are aligned with the Harris Farm values
- Can demonstrate good English comprehension and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in ecommerce +1 year ideally using Shopify
- Microsoft Office suite experience, especially excel
- Photoshop experience advantageous, to edit and create content
- Can-do attitude, flexible and quick learner
- Can take satisfaction from achieving an outcome. Enjoys working autonomously and diving into opportunities to make the role their own.
