**In this role, your day-to-day tasks can be to:
Talk with disputants from diverse client groups (both face to face and by telephone) in relation to a wide range of complex issues and assist them to resolve disputes, including by providing advice about DRB mediation process; managing difficult or challenging behaviours and/or emotional distress displayed by parties; providing dispute management coaching; and/or providing referrals to other organisations.
Manage an individual case load under limited, remote supervision and in a timely and effective manner, accurate record keeping, assessment of suitability of disputes for mediation, coordination of arrangements for mediations and facilitations.
Assist the Coordinator in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships with government and non-government agencies, to promote and support DRB services.
Undertake administrative tasks necessary to assist clients and support the operations of the service, including the use of computerised records management system, and collation and analysis of statistical data.
