**About the Role**
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our West Wodonga Board Plant. This is a full-time permanent role, with Day, Afternoon or Night shift available. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and service machines, including glue lines, roll-overs, conveyors, cylinders, belts, and automated systems.
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
- Work with our skilled production team to resolve issues with mínimal downtime.
- Manage inventory and stock control of spare parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to production machinery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Mechanical Fitter or similar trade qualification.
- Strong experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to fault-find and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
- Passion for your trade and commitment to continual growth.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
