**About the role**

In this role, you'll support a range of digital health services across the Northern zone of NNSWLHD and manage the designated support team within the network. The focus is on timely customer service to users of technology infrastructure, through the coordination and management of team members with responsibility for delivery, installation, and support of end user devices and services.
