- Has experience and knowledge in managing a hospitality business-
- Must be authorised to work in Australia-
- Experience with business level tasks like staff shift allocation, opening a new venue, operations management, staff hiring, staff training, profit & loss, costings, etc.-
- Able to utilise the computer for reports, documents, systems. etc.-
- Has the right positive attitude, flexible, problem solver, and team player-
- Strong knowledge on quality safety and service standards-
- Can organise and multi-task in a fast paced environment**About the job**:
- Run a shift and manage high volume restaurant and bar-
- Hire, lead and train a dynamic and motivated team-
- Report maintenance, hygiene and, and hazard issues-
- Oversee whole operations like logistics, stocks, staff rotations, costings etc.-
- Knowledge in profit & loss, maximise income generation for the business-
