**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-to-one in-person tutoring sessions for middle and high school students.
- Tailor lessons to the individual needs and goals of each student.
- Provide guidance on reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Attend training sessions to ensure consistent, high-quality tutoring practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Native-level proficiency in Japanese (preferred), or equivalent fluency.
- Native-level proficiency in English (preferred), or equivalent fluency.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with students of various levels and backgrounds.
- Must have working rights in Australia (International students or working holiday visa holders welcome).
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

**Additional Information**:

- Full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to deliver effective tutoring sessions.
- Flexible hours available. Fully remote positions also available.

Pay: $24.10 - $44.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
