**About the role**

As the Contract Manager for our Sydney Airport Rail Link you will have overall responsibility for all areas of the contract on behalf of Ventia.

This will include effective operation, commercial and financial management, client relations, rail safety, WHS, environment, productivity and quality in order to achieve contract performance outcomes.

The Sydney Airport Rail Link is a turnkey metro project that links the Sydney city centre to Kingsford Smith Airport in Mascot. The rail line is predominantly underground tunnel over 9km in length. Ventia is responsible for asset management and maintenance of: tunnel structures, lighting, emergency lighting, tunnel drainage system, tunnel ventilation systems, fire and life safety systems, HV/LV systems for overhead traction and station power supply, signals and overhead traction equipment, rail, sleepers and ballast.

**About you**
- Substantial experience in management roles within a complex and diverse contract.
- A sound understanding of contract management, quality management systems and continuous improvement processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Degree Qualified - Engineering, Commerce/Business or other related discipline.
- Well developed problem solving, project management and IT skills.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
