**Your role**:
You will bring your enthusiasm and passion for working in retail, in this rewarding role, where you'll build, lead and inspire our amazing team at **Kate Spade DFO Perth** to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base in our busy outlet store.

As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills. You'll have the opportunity to continue growing your career and have the chance to travel interstate and overseas for development opportunities.

**Skills and Experience**:
Having experience working in a fast-paced retail or customer service role would be preferred but not essential. You must have at least 2 years previous experience in managing a team of at least 5. You will also need to have a strong sense of business acumen and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Due to the busy nature of retail, you must be available to work during peak season and have flexibility to meet the needs of the trading hours.
