**About The Role** We support FTI Consulting's daily activities at the most essential levels. The aim is to provide administrative support to the Perth office and act as an administrative resource to the Executive Assistants. **What You'll Do** The Office Coordinator role is an integral part of the office. You will be supporting growing office with a variety of administrative and coordinating tasks. We need someone with a can-do attitude, that is willing to go above and beyond when required. In this role, you'll be our go-to person for: - Maintaining the overall tidiness of the office, managing stock, IT equipment and marketing materials - Providing administration support to all office staff as needed, including filing, archiving (manual, electronic and offsite), scanning, photocopying, printing, invoice processing - Attending to the bank to deposit cheques and to the post office - Telephone answering - assisting with incoming phone calls and distributing messages accordingly - Mail and deliveries - incoming and outgoing, maintain franking machine and account disbursement - Welcoming FTI visitors, our clients and helping new joiners settle in - Managing the meeting rooms, set up meetings rooms as needed, arrange / collect catering and setup IT requirements - Arrange couriers (local, interstate and international) - Maintaining the kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, maintain stock, etc.) - Organising office activities and other social events - Ad-hoc administrative activities **How You'll Grow** **Qualifications & Experience** - 1 year of experience working in an administrative role preferred - A "can do" and enthusiastic attitude - Attention to detail - Professional manner and excellent telephone skills - Proficient with Microsoft office suite and general computer and internet skills - Ability to multi-task - Ability to work on initiative and prioritise workload - Time management and organisational skills - This role will require travel to the FTI office **Our Benefits** Apart from the well-structured career path and excellent team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.
