- Relevant experience in fast-paced restaurant is highly advantageous.
- Your positive, can-do approach sets the tone for excellence.

- Holding a current Victorian RSA is essential for your role.

**About the Role - **
- Greet guests and determine party size.
- Seat guests at clean, available tables and provide menus.
- Guide guests through dining rooms and offer assistance as needed.
- Arrange tables and chairs to accommodate groups with special needs.
- Ensure appropriate place settings, including napkins and clean silverware.
- Keep menus current, clean, and in good condition.
- Maintain work area cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and security procedures.
- Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
- Complete required safety training and certifications.
- Maintain clean, professional uniform and appearance.
- Protect confidential company information.
- Acknowledge guests according to company standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members.
- Collaborate to achieve common goals.
- Listen and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
