Product Sales Rep for Growing Online Travel Agency

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships within our customer base
- Meeting weekly and monthly targets, and KPIs
- Providing quotes to customers departing on overseas trips
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
- Upselling and cross-selling insurance, tours, accommodation and more
- Assisting customers throughout the entire booking journey
- Providing our customers with pre-departure support
- Ensuring customer travel packages are booked correctly and run smoothly
- Past experience of working in the Tourism/Travel industry (Preferred not essential)
- Demonstrated ability to work towards KPIs and targets
- The ability to drive sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Ability to upsell
- High attention to detail
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
