**About the Role**

The role of the Maintenance Worker supports the maintenance team to ensure the Whole School campus grounds are well presented, maintained, physically secure and compliant with all appropriate regulations to provide a safe environment for the CGS community. The daily duties will involve collection and management of waste, furniture and equipment transport and general maintenance duties.

**About You**

You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:

- The ability to implement initiatives, project delivery and change management.
- Previous maintenance experience desirable
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling
- Must be able to work at heights when required
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Clear communication skills and a courteous professional manner
- Current First Aid training (or willingness to obtain this)

All team members at CGS are required to have:

- Appropriate qualifications
- A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- A current National Police Check; and
- Full working rights within Australia.
