We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborer Construction Workers. As a vital member of our construction crew, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and erecting scaffolding
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools such as shovels, hammers, saws, and drills
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring they are properly stored and secured
- Perform basic carpentry, masonry, and concrete work as directed by supervisors
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning tools and equipment after use

**Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian citizen
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
