**About The Landings**

LDK Seniors’ Living’s luxury village, The Landings, is sprawled over 11.87-hectares in North Turramurra, on Sydney’s upper north shore. The village neighbours the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, is near Lady Davidson Private Hospital, and is a short drive to the North Turramurra golf course, bowling club, cafes and shops. The Landings comprises 220 architecturally designed one, two and three -bedroom villas and apartments. LDK creates a true sense of belonging, community, and vibrancy for residents through a variety of group activities and hospitality events. On-site facilities include an arts and craft room, gymnasium and heated indoor pool. The clubhouse amenities include The Hangar Cafe & Bar, a fireplace lounge area, a pool room, a dedicated theatre space, and a 200-seat function space.

**About the Role**

We're looking for a dedicated Groundsperson to join the Facilities team, as a Full-Time Monday to Friday to help ensure that our 5-star premium village is kept at a high standard of presentation for all residents and guests to enjoy. Reporting into and working alongside the Facilities Manager, the Groundsperson will take responsibility for all garden spaces within The Landings, with a keen eye for detail and care to help these beautiful spaces thrive.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a long-term plan for the Village gardens to enhance presentation, mínimal green waste and damage to property.
- Carry out gardening activities with efficiency and effective time management, keeping in mind mínimal interference to residents and guests.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables and follow process for re-ordering where required.
- Comply with all work, health and safety requirements.
- Attend to administrative duties associated with tasks to ensure accurate record keeping.

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- Qualifications in horticulture (prefer), gardening and/or landscaping (desirable)
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking gardening duties, preferably in an aged care environment
- Experience in planning and managing gardening activities in a timely manner
