**Job Opportunity: Guitar Teacher** **Requirements and Responsibilities**: - Teach students of all ages and skill levels in both **one-to-one and group settings**. - Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals. - Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential. - Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents. - Encourage students to participate in performances and group activities to build confidence and teamwork skills. - Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently. - Create a **positive and engaging learning environment**. **Specific Responsibilities**: - Teach **guitar techniques, music theory, and performance repertoire**. - Introduce students to various musical styles (e.g., **classical, contemporary, rock, blues, jazz, etc.**). - Incorporate the **AMEB syllabus** into lessons (preferred). - Prepare students for **exams, performances, and other music-related activities**. **Requirements:Experience**: - Proven experience teaching the **AMEB syllabus** (preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated to music education. **Skills and Attributes**: - Ability to engage and inspire students positively. - A genuine love for music and a commitment to nurturing students’ enjoyment of music. - Comprehensive knowledge of **guitar techniques and styles**, with the ability to impart this knowledge effectively. **Education**: - **Bachelor’s Degree or higher** (preferred). **Licence/Certification**: - **Working with Children Check** (required). **Working Rights**: - Must have the **right to work in Australia**. **How to Apply**: **"Guitar Teacher Application - [Your Name]"**.
