**About the role**

The VPSG3.1 Associate role commences in January 2024. To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, research, and written communication skills, personal qualities suitable for liaising with the profession and public, and a strong academic record.

**Duties include **_[update list to include items most relevant to the individual chambers]_**:

- Performing administrative tasks, including maintaining court records and preparing material for use by the judge in court.
- Clerking in court;
- Liaising with court staff, the public and the profession;
- Legal research, proofreading and fact-checking;
- Document management and file review; and
- Assisting with the production of judgments, including proofreading and editing
- Attending judicial mediations
