**Your day at NTT**
- Lead the coordination and management of the Applications specialist cohort, fostering high-performing team collaboration aligned with ITSM delivery frameworks.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives through a structured pipeline of enhancements to optimise functionality and performance.
- Manage technical leadership and resolution of escalated ITSM incidents and service requests, providing expert-level troubleshooting within an ITIL-aligned framework.
- Collaborate across functional units—IT, finance, operations—to ensure technology solutions meet evolving business objectives.

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Proficiency in configuring Azure services including App Services, Service Bus, DevOps Pipelines, and Application Insights for optimal performance and security.
- Strong capabilities in database administration across Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Synapse Analytics, including data pipelines and warehousing.
- Hands-on knowledge of middleware and API management, enabling seamless communication between internal and external systems.
- Demonstrated ability to implement secure identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and manage RBAC through Azure Entra and Security Centre.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and foster technical excellence within the team.
