We are looking for a Store Manager who will spoil our customers and lead and grow a passionate, successful team.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Motivating, inspiring and energising your team
- Recruiting effectively for your team and store's needs and building a strong talent pipeline
- Identify individual training needs and developing Assistant Store Managers, Supervisors and Team Members
- Setting daily targets for each of your team, reviewing progress and providing feedback
- Ensuring the Koko Black experience is delivered at all times in your store
- Developing opportunities to maximise transactions and sales
- Effectively managing stock to and minimising waste
- Manage store presentation to deliver upon visual merchandising and promotions calendar.

- A passionate customer service pro who loves creating memorable customer experiences
- Existing ASIC Clearance is preferable
