**Your Role**:

- Manage onsite HSE systems to meet legislative and client requirements/ expectations.
- Carry out regular site inspections to ensure ongoing compliance with site and company management plans.
- Lead, coach, mentor and provide leadership for site employees in developing HSEQ competencies.
- Collaborate with clients, ensuring proactive communication and consultation in relation to HSEQ.
- Develop, manage, and maintain the HSEQ management system and processes in alignment with relevant internal and external requirements.
- Identify trends and issues impacting HSEQ and provide guidance, technical expertise, and support to address them.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivering HSEQ performance and outcomes.
- Conduct, coordinate, facilitate and review incident investigations.
- Liaise with government bodies and other outside specialist bodies concerning HSEQ, where required.
- Conduct and facilitate risk assessments.
- Facilitate and coordinate RTW programs.

**About You**:

- Diploma or Tertiary qualification in Health and Safety, with a key focus on the environment.
- Strong engagement skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar site-based role within resources construction industry.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Previous experience using safety management systems.
- Current Drivers Licence.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of AS/NZ industry standards.
