This role is based in our Laverton office and warehouse environment and is ideal for an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced setting and values both teamwork and independent problem-solving. The position combines computer-based work with relationship management, working closely with subcontractors, clients, and other key stakeholders.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Booking jobs with clients and suppliers to maintain seamless project flow
- Finalising installation bookings and ensuring job completion
- Reviewing and approving invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Ordering products and maintaining stock as needed
- Answering phones, directing calls and greeting clients attending office/warehouse
- Providing leave coverage for other office roles to support the team’s continuity
**To be eligible you must have**:
- Administration experience
- Full and permanent work rights in Australia
- Experience dealing with clients and suppliers
- Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem solving / trouble shooting abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Fluent English speaker with impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a demonstrated history of reliability and punctuality
**Nice to have but not essential**:
- Experience dealing with trades / subcontractors
- Experience in plasterboard, insulation and building materials
