Rostering Coordinator

**Description**:
TAUS Care is a boutique Service Provider delivering in-home support services.

We are seeking a friendly, task focused and compassionate person to take on the role of Roster Coordinator.

High level computer skills are required for this role and some experience in rostering software an advantage.

The Roster Coordinator will be using QuickBooks.

**Hours: 20 hours per week**

**Times: 1pm-5pm Monday to Friday**

**Venue: Underwood office**

**Salary: $25-30 per hour - permanent part time (depending on experience)**

The Roster Coordinator will receive training, on-going support and supervision from the Office Manager to:

- Be a welcome point of contact for those contacting the TAUS Care
- Positively manage internal communications between clients, their families, our staff and managers
- Positively manage external communications with professional bodies and the general community
- Publish staff rosters each fortnight
- Allocate buddy shifts for new staff being introduced to clients
- Ensure all shifts are covered
- Check staff timesheet compliance with rostered shifts
- Share after-hours on-call support - which can be negotiated.

**Must have**:
NDIS Clearance & Blue Card

COVID Vaccination certificate or exemption.

**Role Type**:

- In-house - Permanent - Part-time - Entry level

**Pay Rate**:

- 25 AUD - 30 AUD (Hour)
