Veterinary Receptionist

That’s right, Kingston Vet Hospital is looking to hire a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to help us provide fantastic experiences for our clients; both our four-legged friends and our two-legged ones

This is an entry-level position, suited best to a person looking to expand on their Customer Service experience while doing satisfying work every day. You’ll be perfect for this position if you love animals but your true specialty is in helping the people we serve.

What’s required?

We recognize that the Receptionist / Customer Service Representative is a total VIP this is the person with the power to create a great first impression that lasts To ensure your success in this role, you must:

- Have prior experience in customer service
- Be resilient and not afraid of poop, pee, or other animal-related messes
- Be organized and able to multi-task effectively
- Be able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a team player, always willing to contribute to our positive, open team culture

Completion of an industry-related course is favourable, but all related experience will be considered. If Customer Service is your strength, you’re already a great fit.
