You will have strong management, people-handling and financial skills, coupled with your ability to communicate with and motivate your staff team. You will have drive, energy and have a "hands-on, finger on the pulse" attitude to the role. Salary will consist of a fully negotiable retainer, commission, super and car. On Target Earnings around $250k but could easily be higher.
