We currently have opportunities for both seasoned senior recruitment consultants with a minimum of 6 years' experience and enthusiastic recruitment consultants with 1-3 years' experience.

**Business Development and Account Management**: Proven expertise in cultivating and managing client relationships.

**360 Desk Recruiting**: Build a high-performing desk from entry level to senior executive.

**Ad Writing and Administration**: Demonstrate excellent skills in crafting compelling job advertisements and efficient administration.

**Technological Proficiency**: Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft 365 packages, JOBADDER, social media platforms, Canva, and familiarity with AI technologies.

**Previous Australian Recruitment Agency Experience**: A must for this role.
