**NEED URGENT**

Type of Services: Participate in Community

We're looking for Support Worker in Heidelberg Vic area.

High Personal Care (preferrably someone with Nursing background)

Participant is Female 34yrs old, has cerebral palsy and intellectual disability. Can communicate well. Participant is on an electronic wheelchair and requires personal care such as transfering from wheelchair to bed, showering, toiletry, dressing, food prep, cleaning. Participant is not paralysed but can stand with support.

**Care Hours**:
**DAY--------**
Mon: 6-10AM
Wed: 6-10AM
Fri: 6-10AM (this shift is once a month)

**EVENING---**
Mon: 4-9pm
Wed: 4-9pm
Fri: 4-9pm

Inactive overnight stay will be approved soon.

**Staff Requirements**:NDIS qualifications and experience.
- 100 points of ID
- Selfie photo
- AHPRA No# (if nurse)
- Police Check _(not older than 12 months)_
- Working with children check
- Resume with referees & availabilities
- Other Relevant Disability qualifications
- First aid & CPR
- Car insurance - if driving own vehicle
- Workers Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'

Ability to Commute:

- Heidelberg, VIC (required)

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 23 - 27 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
