We have a loyal customer base who regularly come to us in for pool water testing, new equipment sales & service. Customers enjoy coming into our shop to receive friendly reliable service and advice.

Prior experience would be an advantage but we would be willing to train a suitable applicant.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Operational procedures for the pool shop including customer sales and purchase orders.
- Assisting customers with their in-store and over phone pool inquiries
- Complete water tests on pool and spa samples, provide customers with advice on how to maintain a healthy pool
- Advice customers on selection of correct pool equipment
- Must have a friendly persona & willingness to get to know & help our customers
- Must be able to multi-task while prioritizing work by order of importance

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.43 - $36.13 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
