EARL is an established Melbourne-based quick-service cafe group with 5 inner-city stores. We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, motivated, and service-orientated Baristas to join our CBD team.

It's a great working environment with many loyal, regular customers and a friendly, nurturing team.

Our ideal applicant for this position will show the following;
- Pride in their work while delivering a great product, consistently
- A commitment to the very best customer service
- Previous barista experience a must
- A high standard of personal presentation

Staff at EARL are trained across a variety of positions within our stores, so great communication skills and an ability to articulate our menu and philosophy effectively are really important. We look for team members who are passionate about good food and coffee

We offer a flexible roster with the ability to pick up additional shifts when it works for you

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
