**What You'll Do**:
- Curate and coordinate dynamic Latin-themed events and special occasions
- Manage event logistics, from venue setup to entertainment scheduling
- Collaborate with vendors, performers, and staff to ensure seamless execution
- Create innovative event concepts that celebrate Latin culture and music
**What We're Looking For**:
- 2+ years of event planning experience
- Strong understanding of Latin culture, music, and entertainment
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English (Spanish fluency is a plus)
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Education**:
- Graduate Certificate / Graduate Diploma (preferred)
