Maintenance Fitter

**About the Role**

Timbertruss are currently looking for a qualified Maintenance Fitter to join maintenance team on the night shift based in Corio, VIC.

The Night Shift operates from Sunday to Thursday commencing at 10:00pm and working through to 6:11am.

We are looking for people who can perform routine/preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, upgrades and various other activities.

In this role, you will be required to:

- Attend to break downs, plant upgrades/modifications and other emergency production requirements as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
- Carry out preventative/predictive maintenance work as required.
- Work on and maintain automatic machinery utilising the latest technology in timber manufacturing.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with any and all OH&S legislation, company policies or set instructions as provided by the Maintenance and Engineering Manager.

**About You**
- Certificate III in Mechanical Trade - Fitter (essential)
- Hydraulic and pneumatic experience
- Fault finding and problem solving skills
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
